Dated back in the 19th century, economic development was recorded as one of the major crisis of the slimly growing African states. On the late 20th century according to the world Bureau of statistics and economic survey it was resolved that Africa didn't suffer economic pseudo development due to lack of economic resources but due to mismanagement of the resources and inadequate talent hunt,skill acquisitions and lack of priority Chase of a particular natural resources at the needed time while investing and researching on the next Big thing should in case the former drops value. This single overlap and economic miscalculation brought about over dependency on Crude oil, with little or no attention to other forms of natural resources such as Coal, Food production and security, (Agro world), solid mineral Mining, Renewable energy and BioGas(biodiesel, Biofuel) enshrined in Biotechnology. This lead us to reccesion and economic meltdown. In the 21st century, The world power who so much appreciate western education and brought it to us didn't reply solely on it again for the future inventory and economic development but rather on Talents, Innovation, Skills acquisitions and directional man powder development which entails the development of a child for instance an High school boy in the area of his or her interest and through this going to college is no longer a priority. looking at the world greatest minds today they didn't make it with College degrees but rather through their initiatives and brilliant minds and ideas. I will reiterate that ideas rules the world today Looking back at Nigeria where so much Realism and positivism of success is placed on western education yet our young graduates room the streets with no job and little or no skills to survive. in the vein of societal and economic crisis emancipation and to meliorate our nation from this job seeking menace, every individual, high school graduants, college graduates and undergraduate have to equip themselves with a skill.
